4 Lead Sharing & Marketing Partners

When you submit a form on our website — including our quote request form and our contact form — the information you provide is shared with, and may be sold to, vehicle service contract providers, contract administrators, insurance-related partners, and marketing partners who purchase or receive consumer leads ("Marketing Partners"). This is a core part of how our free-quote service works: we connect you with Marketing Partners who can offer you vehicle protection plans.

By submitting a form, you agree that LB Warranties Co. and our Marketing Partners may contact you by phone, text message, and email — including using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice — at the phone number and email address you provided, even if that number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. This consent is recorded at the time you submit the form; see the exact consent language shown next to the form you completed, and Section 5 below for how we verify and retain that consent record. You may decline to give this consent by not checking the consent box, though doing so means we will not be able to connect you with a Marketing Partner for a quote.

We may also share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We work with third-party vendors who assist us with website operations, consent verification, analytics, and customer service. These partners are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it as directed by us.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5 Consent Verification & Jornaya LeadiD

To document and verify the consent you give when submitting a form, we use Jornaya LeadiD, a third-party consent-verification service operated by InfutorData (formerly Jornaya / Verisk Marketing Solutions). When you load a page containing one of our forms, the Jornaya LeadiD script records session-level information about that visit — such as the page URL, timestamp, and a unique session token ("LeadiD token") — and associates it with the consent you give when you submit the form.

The LeadiD token generated for your session is included with your form submission and may be shared with our Marketing Partners as proof that express written consent was obtained before you were contacted. This record helps protect you, by creating a verifiable log of what you agreed to and when, and helps us and our partners demonstrate compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar laws.

6 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

You have the right to opt out of this sale/sharing at any time.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9 Consent Record Retention

When you submit a form on our website, we create and retain a consent record consisting of:

• The IP address and browser/device information associated with the submission
• The date and time (timestamp) of the submission
• The exact page URL and the exact consent disclosure text displayed to you at the time you checked the consent box
• The Jornaya LeadiD token generated for that session (see Section 5)
• The information you submitted in the form (name, contact details, vehicle information, etc.)

We retain consent records for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with the TCPA and other applicable consumer-protection laws, to respond to disputes with Marketing Partners or regulators, and to honor opt-out requests — generally for a minimum of five years from the date of submission, unless a longer period is required by law or a legal hold.
